  • Lead Technician

    Job Overview:

    Supports company operations by performing all tasks at the customer's home/work site as determined by the scope of the work order. These duties and necessary functions are to be performed safely, professionally, and on time to meet and/or exceed our customer's expectations while providing excellent overall customer service.


    Key Responsibilities and Duties – (Include but Are Not Limited To):

    • Communicate with homeowner/client to introduce team members upon arrival at the work site, briefly explain/confirm the scope of work to be performed, and the estimated length of time to complete all tasks.
    • Anticipate potential problems and inform homeowner/client of any issues and the appropriate corrective action required to complete all tasks.
    • Sustain a work environment that builds positive professional relationships, accepts accountability, and demonstrates excellent customer service. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to complete the entire scope of work. Communicate with the client when work is complete and when leaving the work site.
    • Properly use the pressure/power washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces using the correct cleaning solution, take precautions to protect surrounding areas, and rinse the solution from all exterior surfaces.
    • Properly use the rotary surface cleaner to clean concrete, pavers, brick, and other hardscape surfaces.
    • Properly uses airless sprayer and paint brushes to apply toner and protective sealant to exterior surfaces. Ensures proper coverage for all surfaces being protected with the goal of minimizing customer callbacks/complaints. Should be very detail-oriented and willing to teach/train other technicians to achieve the best possible results.
    • Keep all equipment clean (daily) and perform maintenance on all company tools and equipment used on work sites according to the equipment manual.
    • Safely operate company vehicle, maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, and notify management of any equipment or vehicle accidents, malfunctions, or damages.
    • Prepares and correctly completes any work order documents and/or reports.
    • Accomplishes organization goals by following required best practices. Promptly inform the business/operations manager of any team member injury, issues/disputes with homeowner/client, and damage to structures or company tools/equipment.
    • Continually update job knowledge by participating in training and following all company policies, safety rules, and procedures, including all highway traffic laws.
    • Receive and implement verbal and/or written instructions from the business/operations manager.
    • Perform other duties that may be assigned in an efficient and professional manner.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to lift and carry items up to 75 lbs.
    • Frequently and repetitively move the whole body to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling various materials.
    • Stand and/or walk for extended periods.
    • Stoop, kneel, and crouch in awkward positions.
    • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
    • Willingness to work in varying climate conditions.

    Qualifications:

    • High School degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-related industry.
    • Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.

  • Production Manager

    Job Overview:

    This person will be instrumental in the key day-to-day operations of our business as they will be managing all aspects of production. The key responsibilities of this position include hiring painters, overseeing the production of our work, collecting payments, and anything required to get jobs produced on time, with high quality and exceptional customer satisfaction.     Key Responsibilities and Duties – (Include but Are Not Limited To):

    • Recruit, interview, and hire painters.
    • Oversee crews and all aspects of production.
    • Ensure all necessary materials are at each job site daily.
    • Manage production schedule.
    • Perform field visits to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
    • Hold meetings with painters and staff as needed to review safety policies, provide additional coaching, and ensure goals are getting hit.
    • Provide an extraordinary customer experience.
    • Serve as a daily point of contact for customers.
    • Control material and labor costs.
    • Collect payments from customers.
    • Complete necessary administrative paperwork and duties.
    • Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance.
    • Report necessary information to the president of Wood Renew.
